Are you suffering from headaches? Do they appear constantly? Do you feel throbbing pains every time you work long hours or sit in front of the computer for too long?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, this might be because of Bluetooth.

Bluetooth is a great technological innovation but it does come at a price. It emits RF radiation that can be deadly to human health. These radiations are high energy and can easily penetrate through a physical obstruction.

We cannot see them with our eyes but they can have very serious effects on our bodies and overall wellbeing.

If we could see radiation, we would be shocked to find out that our homes are absolute cesspools of radiation in which we immerse ourselves unknowingly.

The damage caused because this is only left up to the imagination and it can very well turn bad if we do not do something about it.

The radiation emitted by Bluetooth modules (in our smartphones and other smart devices) is generally RF radiation in nature. They are non-ionizing, meaning that they are not strong enough to split atoms, however, they can cause considerable stress to your body.

Let me explain: Constant exposure to radiation from your phone causes your cells to be exposed to it at all times. Since they are non-ionizing, they can’t split your cells directly.

However, they create a lot of thermal activity, thus putting the cells under pressure.

In that stressful condition, cells often do not have the ability to self-replicate perfectly and keep producing botched up versions of themselves. If any such version becomes malignant, it can be a cause for serious concern.

The medical theory is clear on this – there are demonstrable short-term side Bluetooth effects to radiation exposure.

In this article, we aim to take a look at Bluetooth, its workings, and the direct effects it can have on our bodies.

How to recognize if a headache is caused by Bluetooth

Headache caused by Bluetooth (and radiation in general) has some signature progression patterns. But before we can talk about that, let’s quickly understand how Bluetooth works so that it makes sense.

Bluetooth is based on establishing a network using specific frequency bandwidths.

Two devices connect with each other through Bluetooth by harmonizing their radiation and then swapping data within the network.

Each of these devices has a transmitter and receiver retrofitted within them which helps in facilitating the process. Let us understand it with a working example:

Let’s consider that we need to transfer a song from one smartphone to another.

In this case, the first step would be to turn on Bluetooth on both the phones. This simply means that the receivers and transmitters in the two phones are now active and looking for a transmission.

The next step is called ‘pairing’, an important security measure essential in ensuring the privacy of data.

In this step, one phone requests a pairing with the other, and hence a random key is generated to authenticate the pairing. Once the key is confirmed on the other phone, the pairing is complete.

The third step is encoding. Basically what happens in this stage is that the target song is chopped up into tiny little pieces (also called packets) and each little packet is given a serial number.

The transmitter in the phone sending the song blasts off a handful of packets in the network which is then intercepted by the receiver of the receiving phone and arranged in order.

Once all the packets are transferred, the receiving phone assembles all the little pieces in their correct order and decodes them. Thus, the song transfer is complete.

Obviously the real thing is way more complicated and has a bunch of other things happening behind-the-scenes but this is pretty much what the basics of it are.

Bluetooth works by emitting out RF radiation that carries the data encoded in it. The RF radiation is high energy high-density radiation that can penetrate our skins and bones with ease and increase thermal activity at the cellular level.

Because of these increased thermals, the body gets stressed out and starts to perform in sub-optimal conditions.

However, since you don’t realize all this happening behind the scenes, you keep on pushing your body to do the work that you were doing. This creates more and more stress until the body manifests that in the form of headaches.

One clear indicator that I’ve found to be a definite sign of onset headache is my eyes getting heavy. This is your body’s way of telling you that it’s overworked and needs a break.

You may not experience heavy eyes but you’ll have something else. The key is to recognize what it is and then look for those indicators and take action.

How do I cure headache caused by radiation

If you catch your body giving initial signals of onset headache, the recovery process is fairly straightforward. Immediately get up from your work station and lie down with your eyes closed.

Lying down is important because we want to regulate the flow of blood. Next, take deep breathes counting to five between each.

This increases the level of oxygen in your bloodstream. Let yourself lie there and rest for ten to fifteen minutes. Do not think of anything or use that time to look at your phone. This will only amplify the problem.

Turn the phone to silent while you do this so that you have uninterrupted rest for these ten minutes. Once the time is up, open your eyes and observe how you feel.

If you feel refreshed and rejuvenated, you can go straight to work. If you don’t, lay there for another ten minutes until you feel the heaviness lift from your eyes.

If you already have a headache, it is a little tricky. The first thing would be to isolate yourself from all sources of light and radiation.

So go to a room where there are no computers or electronic devices running, close the blinds, turn off the light and lay down. Close your eyes and try to drift into a quick nap.

Give yourself twenty minutes and hopefully, you’ll be feeling better.

I have found that in some cases drinking lime water before the nap does wonders. If you don’t have the luxury of napping, have some strong Darjeeling tea. Do not drink coffee because it will make things worse.
